How I work
Free, no obligation consultation
My first meeting with you is at no charge, as I believe it is important that we meet initially so that I can explain my role and responsibilities as the marriage celebrant and to ensure that I meet your expectations. Your first appointment is without any obligation, and can be wherever you feel comfortable, either at my place or yours. At this meeting we can discuss your preliminary wedding plans and I can provide you with any advice or suggestions that you may need. I will also give you a brief background of myself and my services and cover all the legal aspects of getting married.
Pre-planning
I will enjoy hearing your love story which will enable me to write a ceremony based on your journey that leads us to this meeting. I will also ask you lots of questions so I can get to know you better enabling me to write a beautiful, personalised and memorable wedding ceremony that you and your guests will love and will suit you perfectly.
What if we live outside Tropical North Queensland?
If you don’t live locally, the above can be achieved via telephone, email, Zoom and Skype conversations. I often work with couples from interstate and overseas and sometimes it is not possible for us to meet until much closer to your special day. It is very easy working together via telephone, email, Zoom and Skype and I will forward any and all of the information you require.
